Gide, counsel to Partech Partners on structuring the Partech Entrepreneur III fund, dedicated to supporting seed-stage startups working in fields impacted by the 2020 crisis

Gide has advised Partech Partners on structuring its latest USD 100 million fund, Partech Entrepreneur III, which it will use to support sectors impacted by the Covid-19, i.e. health, work, e-commerce, finance, mobility and computing. With this fund, Partech is recognised as one of the largest seed investors around the globe, and continues to invest actively in Europe, the United States and Asia despite the lockdown.
