Gide has advised German company FEV GmbH on its acquisition of D2T, its subsidiaries in Germany, China and the U.S., as well as its interests in South Korea and Japan, from IFP Investissements part of the group IFP Energies nouvelles (IFPEN), a public-sector research, innovation and training center active in the fields of energy, transport and the environment. D2T is a test systems and engineering service provider for engines and powertrains, employing over 450 people worldwide.
