Gide has advised Blackfin Capital Partners on the sale of 100% of the share capital of group Santiane to Latour Capital. With the completion of this transaction, Latour Capital strengthens its stake, making it the majority shareholder in Groupe Santiane, alongside the executive teams. Blackfin Capital Partners, which had been the reference shareholder since 2015, transfers all its shares.
Group Santiane, established in 2007, posts a turnover of over EUR 70 million and numbers some 400 employees on four sites (Nice, Paris, Lille and Casablanca).
The Gide team advising Blackfin Capital Partners comprised partner Pierre Karpik, working with counsel Louis Oudot de Dainville and associate Diane Jouffroy on corporate aspects.
