Gide Warsaw advised Redkom Development on the sale of Ozimska Park Opole, a retail park of 17,000 GLA, to Newgate Investment.
This is yet another transaction involving Redkom Development and Newgate Investment in which the Gide team advised recently. In April this year, the law firm supported the developer on the sale of a retail park in Bielsko-Biała with a GLA of over 17,000 sq.m
Ozimska Park is the most modern retail park in the region, located in the very centre of Opole. The 17,000 sq.m of retail space houses 28 retail and service outlets including a Kaufland chain grocery store. The facility won the European Property Awards in 2023, in the category ‘Retail Architecture Poland’.*
Redkom Development is a developer specialising in the construction and commercialisation of large retail parks, through both greenfield and brownfield investments. It also develops logistics and residential projects. The company operates on the Polish, Romanian and Spanish markets.
Newgate Investment is an investment platform offering investment solutions in the retail park sector for institutional investors and specialised individual investors. The company's portfolio consists of 33 retail properties worth almost EUR 300 million. Located throughout Poland, the properties offer more than 150,000 sqm of leasable space.
