Gide advised the issuer – SIG – and guarantors on the Polish law aspects of amending and extending SIG’s £90 million revolving credit facility agreement and its high yield issue of €300 million 9.75% senior secured notes due in 2029.
The Gide team comprised Paweł Grześkowiak, partner, Mateusz Gronau, counsel, and Mateusz Głaz, associate. Dawid Van Kędzierski, counsel, provided bond-related advice.
Global law firm Ashurst led the project on SIG’s side with Milbank leading the lenders and the initial purchasers’ advisors, with Linklaters Warsaw handling the Polish-related work.
