Gide has advised Legrand on its purchase of Shenzhen Clever Electronic Co., Ltd., the Chinese leader in intelligent PDUs4 for data centres. Shenzhen Clever Electronic Co., Ltd. thus rounds out Legrand’s product offerings in a high added-value segment, where it is already number one in the United States with its Raritan and Server Technology brands.
Gide advised Legrand on all aspects of the project, including legal due diligence, structuring, and negotiation and drafting of the transaction documents.
The Gide team was headed by partner David Boitout, working with Wang Zengyan and Li Jing, associates.
