Gide has assisted Crédit Agricole - Corporate Investment Bank in the financing by Swiss Life Asset Managers France, a key player in European asset management, of the acquisition of a portfolio of 22 economy hotels in partnership with B&B HOTELS from Grape Hospitality.

The loan arranged by Crédit Agricole - Corporate Investment Bank is substailnability linked.
