Gide advised CNP Assurances on the issuance of its EUR 500 million subordinated Tier 2 notes on 16 July 2024, admitted to trading on the regulated market of Euronext Paris.
The notes qualify as Tier 2 capital under Solvency II.
Gide's team included partner Hubert du Vignaux, counsel Bastien Raisse and associate Shanna Kim.
The joint bookrunners were advised by Allen Overy Shearman Sterling LLP.
