Gide advises B&B Hotels Polska on the establishment of cooperation with Covivio and on a sale and leaseback transaction concerning three hotels

Gide Warsaw has advised B&B Hotels Polska on the establishment of cooperation with Covivio and on a sale and leaseback transaction concerning three hotels.

The transaction consists in the sale of the hotels located in Warsaw, Krakow and Lodz to Covivio, with B&B Hotels Polska remaining the operator of the hotels under long-term lease agreements.

At the same time the parties concluded an agreement concerning their long-term cooperation in further expansion of B&B Hotels in Poland.

Since 2010, B&B Hotels and Covivio have been working together on major hotel projects in France, Spain and Germany, with 157 hotels with a total capacity of 1,715 beds.
