Gide assisted a bank syndicate composed of Natixis, Banco Santander, S.A., Barclays Bank Ireland PLC, Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A., J.P. Morgan SE and UniCredit Bank GmbH on the issuance by Orange of €600 million senior notes listed on the regulated market of Euronext Paris.
