Gide assisted Ile-de-France Mobilités in connection with its issue of green bonds for an amount of €500 million. The issue was carried out under the Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme of Ile-de-France Mobilités and the bonds have been listed on the regulated market of Euronext Paris.
Gide’s team was led by partner Laurent Vincent, assisted by Yasmine Tanji and Boubacar Ndiaye, associates, for the capital markets aspects and by partner Bénédicte Mazel, assisted by Tiphanie Mareuse, counsel, and Sarah Assayag, associate, for the public law aspects.
