Gide advised Air France-KLM for a dual bonds issue for respective amounts of EUR 500 million, 3.875 per cent. due 2026 and EUR 300 milllion, 3.00 per cent. due 2024. The bonds have been admitted to trading on Euronext Paris.
Simultaneously, Gide advised Air France-KLM for the establishment of an EMTN Programme (Euro Medium Term Note) for an aggregate amount of EUR 4.5 billion and approved by the Autorité des marches financiers on 8 July 2021.
