Gide Loyrette Nouel advised JP Morgan Asset Management in a preliminary agreement for the acquisition of two buildings from Eurosic, advised by De Pardieu Brocas Maffei. The transaction is worth 508 million Euro.
The two office buildings cover a total surface area of 54,500 sq.m.
JP Morgan Asset Management was advised by firm Gide Loyrette Nouel (Bertrand Oldra, partner, Emilie Capron and Denis Charles) on legal aspects (acquisition and financing), by firm Landwell & Associés (Bruno Lunghi, partner, Richard Crombie, Philippe Emiel and Baptisite Vaslin) on tax aspects and by Notary Office Allez et Associés (Dominique Maulen and Romuald Sachet, partners) on notary aspects.
Eurosic was advised by firm De Pardieu Brocas Maffei (Paul Talbourdet, partner, and Géraldine Piedelièvre, counsel, on real estate aspects, and Alexandre Blestel, partner, on tax aspects) as well as by Notary Office Cheuvreux et Associés (Alix d'Ocagne, partner, Victor de Verthamon and Marie-Anne Le Floch) on notary aspects.
