Gide Loyrette Nouel has advised Legrand on the acquisition of S2S Onduleurs, a company specialising in Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) in France, and formerly owned by the Bernard family.
This operation enables Legrand to strengthen its position on the promising UPS market thanks to the solid sales and service network of S2S Onduleurs, which employs some 50 staff and in 2012 generated turnover in excess of 20 million euros.
