Air France-KLM issued EUR 500 million 6.250 per cent. notes due 2018 unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Société Air France and KLM. Settlement and delivery of as well as admission to trading of the notes on the regulated market of NYSE Euronext in Paris took place on 14 December 2012.
Joint Lead Managers (Coöperatieve Centrale Raiffeisen-Boerenleenbank B.A. (Rabobank International), Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, HSBC Bank plc, ING Bank N.V., London Branch, Natixis and The Royal Bank of Scotland plc) were advised by Gide Loyrette Nouel with a team comprising partner Hubert du Vignaux, and associates Laetitia Jouglain and Amira Kabani.
