Etablissements J. Soufflet issued EUR 20 million 4.25 per cent. bonds due 2018 assimilated with the EUR 100 million bonds issue having the same characteristics and dated 21 December 2012. Settlement and admission to trading of the bonds on the Euro MTF market in Luxembourg took place on 28 March 2013.
The Lead Manager (Société Générale) was advised by Gide Loyrette Nouel with a team comprising partner Hubert du Vignaux, assisted by Laetitia Jouglain and Bastien Raisse. Etablissements J. Soufflet was advised by McDermott, Will & Emery.
