The sale was structured as a private placement to institutional investors by means of an accelerated bookbuilding.
Gide Loyrette Nouel advised the French State on the transaction, with Melinda Stege Arsouze (partner), Stéphane Jaffré and Théophile Strebelle handling the capital markets aspects, and Jean-Emmanuel Skovron (partner) handling corporate aspects.
