Established in Morocco since 2003, Gide announced in October 2014 its union with Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira, a leading law firm in Spain and Portugal, in order to group together in a single structure their high-level skills in all fields of international and Moroccan business law. This union thus consolidates our position in North Africa, and in sub-Saharan Africa, where Gide is particularly active. It also takes place in the context of our European network, which comprises two other leading law firms in their respective countries: Chiomenti in Italy and Gleiss Lutz in Germany.
