New state of public health emergency: our Covid-19 taskforce remains on-hand in the service of business life
The Covid-19 pandemic in France has led the government to take important measures to protect the population.
Although this second lockdown appears less strict than in the spring, the current state of public health emergency once again comes with an ad hoc legal mechanism that impacts both economic actors and their stakeholders.
Our Covid-19 taskforce is ready. This multi-specialist group includes lawyers specialising in employment law, competition & international trade, commercial contracts, corporate law, compliance, litigation, personal data protection, financial law, tax law, public law, energy & environment, insurance, real estate, intellectual property and insolvency.
Every day, our experts will monitor and offer analyses of legal updates, with two main purposes: to inform and support organisations about the measures implemented, and help them prepare for potential impacts on their business life.
