Gide wins Financial Times Innovative Lawyers 2021 award for “Most Innovative Law Firm (non-UK)”

Gide is very proud to be recognised as “Most Innovative Law Firm in Europe (non-UK)” by the Financial Times and RSGI. Out of the 30 law firms ranked Most Innovative Law Firms in Europe 2021, Gide is once again the only French firm (ranked 17^th).

Shortlisted in 4 categories, this particular award is a fantastic recognition for all the work the firm has done to meet clients’ expectations with innovation, agility and responsiveness.

• to the International Capital Markets Team, with Hubert Merveilleux du Vignaux and Bastien Raisse, nominated with Gide 255 for “Moving the Market Forward” on the issuance of the 1st debt structured product as a Security token on a public blockchain.
