Gide ranked in Tier One in Administrative and Public Law in Legal 500 EMEA 2016

The authors of the ranking noted in particular the key projects of the Warsaw Department of Public Procurement Law conducted over the last year:

• legal advice to PGNiG (Polish Oil and Gas Company) on projects relating to the development of natural gas storage facilities in Poland (in particular the development of surface facilities of Wierzchowice PMG, the largest underground gas storage facility in Poland, and on the organisation and the execution of a tender procedure for the award of a public procurement contract for the extension of an underground part of the gas storage facility in Kosakowo);
• as well as legal advice to Poczta Polska, Polish postal operator.

The team is headed by Piotr Sadownik, advocate and partner, who was mentioned in the ranking. Grzegorz Banasiuk and Piotr Brzeziński played also a key role in the projects.
