Gide, counsel to Xperiti on the acquisition by Ipsos
Gide has advised Xperiti, a start-up specializing in Business-to-Business (B2B) research, with operations across the US, Israel and the Philippines, on the acquisition by Ipsos, one of the largest market research and polling companies globally, operating in 90 markets and employing over 18,000 people.
Gide’s team comprised partner David-James Sebag, working with associates Bastien Duclos and Sarah Doray on M&A/corporate aspects.
