Gide, counsel to Starz Real Estate on the financing of a sale and leaseback by Fortress

Gide has advised Starz Real Estate on the financing (acquisition + capex line) of a sale & leaseback transaction completed by an investment vehicle managed by Fortress Investment Group LLC.

As part of the transaction, the seller commits to occupy on a long-term lease the 18,900 sq.m. asset composed of two distribution and light-industrial facilities located on a strategic axle of the Greater Paris region.

It is the first transaction of that type in France for Starz Real Estate.

The Gide team assisting Starz Real Estate in this transaction was led by partners Hugues Moreau and Rémi Tabbagh and comprised :
