Gide, counsel to Solocal on the sale of Mappy to RATP Group
The expertise of Mappy teams will complement and strengthen those of RATP Smart Systems, a subsidiary of RATP, as of 1 November 2020. Together, they will create an innovative and customer-centric “Mobility as a Service” (or MaaS) digital offer.
The Gide team advising Solocal was headed by partner Axelle Toulemonde, working with associates Amandine Coulomb and Sophie Gilbert on M&A/Corporate aspects, and partner Magali Buchert on tax aspects.
