Gide, counsel to Sogaris on raising EUR 150 million in funding
Gide has advised Sogaris, a Paris-based specialist of urban logistics sites, on its EUR 150 million funding round. This increase in capital will enable it to begin a new investments cycle of several hundred million euros in the coming three years.
Gide’s team comprised partner Guillaume Rougier-Brierre, working with associates Elsa Dufaut and Morgan Marechal on M&A/Corporate aspects, as well as partner Thomas Courtel and associate Alexandre Rennesson on aspects of public law.
