Gide, counsel to Schroder Real Estate on acquiring property complex Well West

Gide has advised Schroder Real Estate on the acquisition of office building Well West from Harbert Management Corporation (HMC).

Located in Boulogne-Billancourt, to the south-west of Paris, the asset, recently refurbished by OGIC, offers over 7,500 sq.m. of offices and is home to the French headquarters of groups Clear Channel and Xiaomi.

The bank financing of the operation was granted by PBB Deutsche Pfandbriefbank.

Gide’s multidisciplinary team advising the buyers was headed by partner Hugues Moreau, of Gide’s Real Estate Transactions & Financing practice group, working with:
