Gide, counsel to PSB Industries on the public takeover bid filed by Alpha 20 on PSB Industries
Gide has advised PSB Industries on a public takeover bid filed by Alpha 20, a vehicle acting alongside several family shareholders, on the shares of PSB Industries.
The acquisition would be carried out by way of a simplified takeover bid. This follows the concerted action of Alpha 20 and the family shareholders of PSB Industries and will be followed, as the case may be, by a compulsory withdrawal.
