Gide, counsel to Maisons Albar Hotels on the redevelopment of former CCI headquarters in Tourcoing
Gide has advised Maisons Albar Hotels, winner of the consultation launched by the city of Tourcoing for the acquisition and redevelopment of former Chamber of Commerce & Industry headquarters.
The project selected by the city, carried out in the form of an emphyteutic lease, includes a top-of-the-range hotel complex (under the Centaurus hotel group brand), with a training centre and a student residence.
