Gide has advised Greenman Arth on becoming certified as a management company and on launching its first real estate investment trust (société civile de placement immobilier, or SCPI), GMA Essentialis.
GMA Essentialis is an open-ended SCPI whose strategy is to invest mainly in real estate assets dedicated to grocery retail in France and Germany, and in the Benelux region whenever the opportunity arises.
