Gide, counsel to Eutopia as part of the first LBO of Tediber

Gide has advised Eutopia, via its Eutopia Preferred fund, as part of the primary LBO of French mattresses e-retailer, Tediber.

Eutopia invested in this operation alongside Parquest, advised by Goodwin.

Following this transaction, Tediber remains controlled by co-founders Julien Sylvain and Aude du Colombier.

The company was advised by firm Veil Jourde.

Gide’s team comprised partner Antoine de la Gatinais and associate Pierre-Guillaume Sagnol.
