Gide, counsel to Eurazeo Patrimoine on acquiring shares in Emerige
Gide has advised the investment firm Eurazeo Patrimoine on the acquisition of shares in the private equity fund Emerige.
Eurazeo Patrimoine acquired 44% of the shares from Naxicap and its founder Laurent Dumas. This acquisition will allow Emerige to benefit from Eurazeo Patrimoine’s resources and know-how, in order to develop throughout France and abroad.
At the end of this transaction, Laurent Dumas remains the main shareholder (with 51% of the capital) and retains overall control of the fund, which currently has 200 employees. .
