Gide, counsel to Enedis on a new appeals victory as part of the Linky metre rollout
The specificity of these proceedings brought against Enedis stemmed from the health complaints invoked by the claimants, who presented themselves as suffering from electrical hypersensitivity and anxiety disorders.
The Versailles Court of Appeal is the court of appeal for Enedis’ headquarters, the scope of the judgments obtained there is therefore all the more significant.
In addition, these rulings were eagerly awaited following the partially unfavourable decision handed down by the Bordeaux Court of Appeals on 17 November 2009.
The Gide team representing Enedis comprised partner Michel Guénaire, and associates Timothée Dufour, Emma George and Sarah Assayag.
