Gide, counsel to EIB on the €25 million venture debt granted to GeNeuro

Gide has advised the European Investment Bank (EIB) on the signature of a venture debt granted to GeNeuro Innovation SAS, the French research and development subsidiary of GeNeuro, a biopharmaceutical company developing new treatments for neurodegenerative and autoimmune diseases such as multiple sclerosis (MS), amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and the severe consequences of COVID-19 (PASC, post-COVID or long COVID), for a total amount of up to €25 million, supported by the InvestEU programme. The credit agreement is supplemented by a Swiss law warrant agreement between GeNeuro SA and the EIB.
