Gide, counsel to Allianz Real Estate on the acquisition of the CityLights complex
Gide has advised Allianz Real Estate on the acquisition of the City 1 and City 3 towers in the CityLights complex from BNP Paribas Cardif. Located in Boulogne-Billancourt in greater Paris, the towers cover 48,500 sq.m. and are valued at 500 million euros.
