Gide, counsel to ACOFI Gestion for the second closing of their new securitisation mutual fund Predirec Leasing Stratégique
Gide has advised ACOFI Gestion, a portfolio management company, on the second closing of their securitisation mutual fund (FCT) Predirec Leasing Stratégique.
This fund, set up on 18 July 2014, is compliant with the FPE regime (Fonds de prêt à l’économie, or French loan fund for the economy), created in accordance with the decrees of 2 August 2013 and 17 December 2014.
With this second closing dated 16 March 2015, this fund has gained a new 100 million-euro investment capacity, bringing the total of funds raised by this FPE to 219 million euros. The funds will be used to subscribe to bonds that are representative of industrial asset leasing operations having strategic importance for companies located within the European Union. It is the first FPE to be active on this class of assets.
The Management Company is France Titrisation. BNP Paribas Securities Services is the Custodian.
