Gide counsel to DeepIP on its $15 million fundraising

Gide has advised DeepIP, a spin-off of Kili Technology, on its $15 million fundraising to accelerate the commercialization of its products dedicated to intellectual property.

The Gide team was composed of Axelle Toulemonde, partner, Donald Davy, counsel, and Pierre Lemaire on M&A aspects; Paul de France, partner, and Charles Ghuysen on tax aspects.
