Gide advised BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. on financing for three retail projects in Poland

Gide’s Warsaw office advised BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. in connection with granting a new facility for financing three retail projects from the portfolio of Newgate Investment and Torwell Investment: Galeria Sieradzka, Wysockiego Retail Park in Białystok and Certe Convenience Shopping Center in Gdańsk-Suchanino.

Gide’s Banking & Finance team, led by Paweł Wasiel, senior associate, supervised by Paweł Grześkowiak, partner, and supported by Szymon Makowski, associate, provided comprehensive support to BNP Paribas during the transaction. Rafał Osetek, counsel, and Michał Wiśniewski, associate, advised the client on the real estate aspects of the project.
