Gide advises Blackfin on the €25 million financing of WeeFin

Gide has advised Blackfin, an independent private equity firm specialising in the financial services sector in Europe, on the €25 million financing of WeeFin, a French fintech specialising in technological solutions for the asset management industry.

This €25 million Series B financing round, which comes less than 18 months after a €7 million Series A, will enable WeeFin to accelerate its European expansion.
