Gide and Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier, legal advisers to Accor on the sale of its 85.5% stake in Orbis for EUR 1.06 billion
Gide Loyrette Nouel and Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advise Accor in connection with the sale of its 85.5% stake in Orbis to AccorInvest Group for EUR 1.06 billion. This sale will be implemented by way of a public tender offer.
The transaction is subject to antitrust clearance by the European Commission.
The Gide team includes Frédéric Nouel, partner, Pierre-Adrien Vibert, counsel, and Charline Boittin, associate.
The Darrois team includes Marcus Billam, Jean-Baptiste de Martigny, partners, Ioana Nicolas and Pierre Zejma for the M&A aspects, Igor Simic, partner, Anne Faber and Aya Bachiri for the antitrust aspects.
Reed Smith is also involved on the tax aspects with Jean-Pierre Collet, partner, and Benoit Bernard, counsel.
