Gide advises the Investindustrial fund on the acquisition of a chemical company
The firm’s work covered all aspects of the transaction to acquire the company, from preparing a due diligence report, to preparing and negotiating transaction documentation, as well as aspects of financing the acquisition of the company (under Polish and French law), in particular with respect to the preparation of security documentation. In addition, the firm advised on issues related to the repayment of loans taken by Alfa PVC sp. z o.o. and financing granted by Benvic Europe SAS.
