Gide advises NOHO Investment on the financing of NOHO ONE

Gide’s Warsaw office advised NOHO Warszawa sp. z o.o., a portfolio company of NOHO Investment, on the PLN 760 million (ca. €182 million) financing provided by a consortium of three banks: mBank, BNP Paribas Bank Polska and Santander Bank Polska, for financing NOHO ONE, a luxury mixed-use complex in Wola, one of the most intensively developing areas of Warsaw.

The Gide’s team, comprising partner Dariusz Tokarczuk and of counsel Marta Karmińska was responsible for providing comprehensive advice on the financing transaction, including on signing and closing the loan agreement.

NOHO Investment, a subsidiary of Kulczyk Investments, is a nationwide premium segment developer, focused on investments in residential and commercial real estate in the most prestigious locations in the largest Polish cities.
