Gide advises Mirova and BNPP AM on the acquisition of Arkolia Energies for over €200 million
Gide has advised Mirova and BNP Paribas Asset Management (BNPP AM) on their project to acquire a majority stake in the French renewable energy producer Arkolia Energies for over €200 million.
This transaction is a key milestone in accelerating the company’s development, which will continue under the leadership of its founding CEO, Jean-Sébastien Bessière.
