Gide advises Kering for the Landmark €1,3 Bn real estate transaction in Paris

Gide advised Kering on the sale of a 60% majority stake in the JV holding three highly prestigious real estate properties in Paris: Hôtel de Nocé at 26 place Vendôme, 35-37 avenue Montaigne, and 56 avenue Montaigne.

This transaction was realised in accordance with the conditions announced on January 15, 2025, based on a valuation of €1.395 billion.
