Gide advises Eurazeo and Bpifrance on Ambos Energy’s €10 million fundraising

Gide has advised Eurazeo and Bpifrance in connection with Ambos Energy’s €10 million fundraising. This transaction, carried out with Eurazeo and the Ecotechnologies 2 fund, managed on behalf of the French State by Bpifrance under the France 2030 framework, will enable the company to expand its energy storage projects in France and across Europe.

This fundraising will accelerate the development of projects in collaboration with local stakeholders, including local authorities, farmers, industrial players, and developers. With this capital raise, Ambos Energy aims to become a leading ‘Independent Flexibility Provider’ in France and across Europe.
