Gide advises Chargeurs Museum Studio on its majority investment in Grand Palais Immersif
Gide has advised Chargeurs Museum Studio, a subsidiary of Chargeurs, on its majority investment in Grand Palais Immersif, a company that organises cutting-edge immersive exhibitions. GrandPalaisRmn, Banque des Territoires (Caisse des Dépôts group) and VINCI remain shareholders in the company.
This acquisition of a 52% stake in Grand Palais Immersif is an important step for Chargeurs Museum Studio, which is strengthening its presence in France after expanding mainly internationally (United States, United Kingdom, Italy, Middle East, etc.).
Gide’s team was headed by partners Frédéric Mion and Paul Guillemin and comprised:
