Gide advises Axdis on its merger with Powr Group
Gide is advising Axdis and its family shareholders on the planned merger with Powr Group, which would result in a strategic merger between two major players in the energy transition and renovation fields.
This alliance will create a group offering a global comprehensive range of services to accelerate energy renovation in several markets (Residential – Commercial – Industry), optimize energy performance using cutting-edge technologies and reduce carbon footprints by helping individuals, businesses and local authorities make the transition to energy efficiency.
The merger between Axdis and Powr Group will create a new entity with combined sales excluding VAT of around 600 million euros.
