Gide advised MSC Group on the acquisition of Bolloré Africa Logistics

Gide advised MSC Group, a world leader in container transport and logistics, on the acquisition of 100% of Bolloré Africa Logistics, comprising all of the Bolloré Group transport and logistics activities in Africa, on the basis of a EUR 5.7 billion enterprise value.

Gide’s team consisted of 19 lawyers based in Paris, Brussels, London and Casablanca and   was headed by partners Anne Tolila and Stéphane Vernay. The team comprised:
