Gide advised Air France-KLM in connection with an issue of senior notes for an amount of EUR650 million and a concurrent buyback transaction relating to two series of notes for an amount of EUR452.7 million
Gide assisted Air France-KLM in connection with an issue of €650 million senior notes. The issue was carried out under the Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme of Air France-KLM and the notes have been listed on the regulated market of Euronext Paris.
Concurrently, Gide advised Air France-KLM in connection with a tender offer initiated by Air France-KLM on two series of notes for an amount of EUR452.7 milllion.
