Gide advised the banking syndicate on the refinancing of Technip Energies’ Revolving Credit Facility

Technip Energies, a leading technology and engineering company, has successfully refinanced its syndicated revolving credit facility (RCF) with the establishment of a new €750 million banking facility, with the option to increase it by €250 million under certain conditions.

In line with Technip Energies’ commitment to sustainability, the terms of the RCF incorporate three key performance indicators related to ESG criteria. This transaction, which was significantly oversubscribed, is part of Technip Energies’ strategy to secure robust long-term liquidity sources. It highlights the confidence of the banks in Technip Energies’ credit quality and underscores the strong relationships the company has developed with its banking partners over the years.
