Emmanuel Larere appointed President of the AAPI

We are pleased to announce that our partner Emmanuel Larere has been appointed President of the Association of Industrial Property Attorneys (AAPI) as of Wednesday, April 2, 2025.

He succeeds Sophie Micallef, whom we warmly thank for her dedication and the remarkable work carried out during her term. This appointment also marks the election of the association’s new executive committee.

A recognized expert in patent, trademark, design, and model law, Emmanuel Larere has been advising French and international clients for many years on the protection, enforcement, and strategic management of their intellectual property rights. His election as President reflects the trust placed in him by his peers and his long-standing commitment to a rigorous, ethical, and forward-looking approach to IP law.
